Born on 11th July, 1988 in Manchester (Georgia), Antabia ‘Tay’ Waller formally cut his teeth at Northwest Florida State and Auburn College (15.3 points and 3.8 rebounds on average with over 40% from the court). He appeared in Europe in 2010/11 at the end of the academic year, and made his debut at Bursa with a total of 13.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists. He played in the Turkish league for two more years with Gaziantepspor and Vestelspor Manisa, and then signed up with Sigal Prishtina with whom he won the Kosovo Superleague and the National Cup with 12.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.4 assists on average. He also played in the Balkan League – an international competition for Balkan teams – with the capital’s team where he reached 11.6 points and 3.2 rebounds. Concluding his time in Kosovo in 2015/16 among the ranks of Bashkimi Prizren, he was taken on last summer by KK Mornar Bar, a Montenegrin team with whom Waller confirmed, in three different competitions, his abilities as shooter and his consistency in offence – 11.3 points and 2.8 rebounds in the championship, 14.7 points and 2.9 rebounds in the Adriatic League and 13.1 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists with 51% from the court in 16 FIBA Basketball Champions League games.
