In 2021, our youth sector was run entirely by third parties, with no direct control over player development. In order to build a real powerhouse, we chose the path of radical change: a year later we severed external ties to found Varese Basketball. Since then, thanks to the strategic alliance with the historic Robur et Fides, we have accelerated our original mission: to cultivate and grow the best elite talent directly in our territory.

A short walk from the arena is the Official Guesthouse, an innovative facility dedicated to the growth and well-being of young Red and White athletes. Designed according to the ‘Live like a pro’ philosophy, it offers modern rooms, study areas, private gardens and an in-house kitchen with personalized nutritional plans. An exclusive space also open to companies for training retreats and workshops immersed in sports culture.
